FIM 2010 R2 portal installation error

Earlier i was trying setup FIM 2010 and due to resoures issue i stoped it.

Then i started new FIM 2010 R2 installations on my environment.

And now I am on the process of installing FIM portal and facing some error.

Note: the mentioned user(fimma) on the error msg. is already created, when I am completing prerequisite.
