User deprovisioning

Hello, 

I have the FIM portal , AD and SQL Table, i want to know how can i update a flag in the sql table when i delete user from FIM

Indeed , when i configured a deletion rule to deprivision AD and it's ok but how can i manage the attribut in SQL table ?
