Multiple text boxes under a single radio button in FIM 2010

Hi,

We have a requirement, where we display two options in userRCDC as radio buttons and there need to be two text fields for each radio button option. Its like for option A radio button , two text fields as values and for option B radio button two text fields or a check box as values. Is this acheivable in FIM portal?
