Pcnscfg.exe ADDTARGET error

Hi

Im trying to configure PCNS on a child domain.

I have extended the schema and installed PCNS on each DC.

I created an inclusion group (security/global) in the child domain.

I configured SPN :

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Password Change Notification>setspn -l fim-svcaccounts

Registered ServicePrincipalNames for CN=SvcAccountS,OU=Users,OU=ServiceAccounts,OU=MgmtResourc

es,DC=subdomain,DC=rootdomain,DC=com:

        PCNSCLNT/server.subdomain.rootdomain.com

But i get the following error running the PCNSCFG.exe ADDTarget :

C:\Program Files\Microsoft Password Change Notification>Pcnscfg.exe ADDTARGET /N:server /A:server.subdomain.rootdomain.com /S:PCNSCLNT/server.subdomain.rootdomain.com /FI:PCNSUsers /F:3

Error adding the target.

0x8007200A - The specified directory service attribute or value does not exist.
