browser caching for SSPR

Hi folks,

I have a question here:

We setup a FIM self-served password reset portal (FIM SSPR) for users, mainly for FTP services since we expires FTP (AD accounts) once a while. We run into a situation where a user has multiple FTP accounts and he/she wants to register all the accounts with FIM. The first account works ok but when the user open the browser again, it logs in automatically with the first account since the login info is cached in IE. Users have to shut down IE completely and clear cache to do registration for the second account and repeat the same thing for every account. This becomes a problem when a user has 10+ accounts. I think this is similar to a password reset kiosk situation. Can you please check if you have a quick suggestion or solution towards this?

I am current testing with the users to use InPrivate browsing to see if that helps to not cache the credentials.

Thansk,
