Oracle 11 G and FIM R2 SP1

I have installed FIM R2 SP1. This is a new environment, not an upgrade.

I have an Oracle Client 11.2 and 2 Databases one 10G and one 11G

Everything works fine with the 10G MAs.

11G, however, takes a very long time to just make a connection. about 2 hours to create the MA and the same time to run a Full Import (Simply starting to read the records)

Table is only 25K records.

When using SQLPLUS, everything works fine.
