I’m working with a FIM environment that was successfully running 2010 R2 with FIM Reporting – sometime after the SP1 upgrade (we’re not sure if it was *exactly* the same time) Reporting is no longer working correctly on the production system. The Dev system had the same upgrade performed on it – and its FIM Reporting is still working.
There are no errors in the event logs for SCSM, FIM or system event log that point to what to check..
The only failure indication is a Reporting Job Status of “NotRunning” when you try to start the incremental (or even full) reporting job.
Anyone have thoughts about where to take this next?
