Hello,
I am looking for some (official or unofficial) documentation on FIM high availability deployment. Basically I will be looking to build a test environment with all services (portal, FIM Service, FIM Sync Service, Pass Reset features) installed on highly available nodes (via NLB). I tried looking through the official documentation, and while High availability is referenced everywhere as an option, there are no specific instructions on how exactly to perform the installation/configuration.
