Help desk & FIM Portal group management

Hi,

We are trying to give our help desk users access to the FIM Portal to update Security & Distribution Group memberships.

  • We have created a 'Help Desk Set'
  • Created Request MPR giving 'Help Desk Set' the right to add,remove, modify attributes on the 'manually-managed membership' attribute of Group object
  • Enabled default MPRs: Users can read attributes of their own; Users can read non-admin config resources

While the Help Desk people can log into the Portal, they cannot see any actual Distribution Lists - is this another permission somewhere else?

We have also added the Security Group components to the Navigation Bar and Home Page as per: http://fimspecialist.blogspot.co.nz/2013/03/to-make-security-option-visible-to-non.html...but when Security Page loads, there is no 'Search' button.

Please could someone point us in the right direction.
