move mailbox from 2007 to 2010 forest

Hi. We are currently using FIM 2010 to synchronize the gals between a 2010 forest and a 2007 forest.

Soon we would like to move the mailboxes from 2007 to 2010.

I understood that I can create a new mail enabled user in 2010 and using powershell do a new-moverequest to move the mb to the 2010 domain. Apparently I am mistaken :) I have found references to using a powershell script run to have FIM create the user but the only links I find reference ILM 2007. Is there a version that applies to FIM 2010 or am I going about this all wrong? :)
