I have FIM setup so that all users from AD can self serve some attributes in the FIM portal (display name, office location, etc.). I know I can configure the portal to only allow some users to be able to update some attributes via sets. Is there a way to configure FIM so that say a specific portal attribute (i.e. telephone number) is only updated for one user?
Something along the lines of if user=john.smith then telephone=12345678911 in the sync rule?
