Violation of PRIMARY KEY constraint

I have followed this guide: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/wiki/contents/articles/649.how-do-i-synchronize-groups-from-active-directory-domain-services-to-fim.aspx to import a number of security groups from AD into FIM.

When running the final FIMMA Export, 92 of my Security Groups successfully export, however I receive two failed-creation-via-web-services errors. The full error message I attach below. 

Any suggestions as to what may have caused this? I am using 4.1.3419.0 - I intend to hotfix to the latest build (4.1.3559.0) in an effort to fix, but wondered if anyone might have suggestions as to what may have caused this?
