Register from a client computer

in page 63 of FIM 2010 R2 Self-Service Password Reset Deployment Guide document ; I saw this statement

Registration for password reset using the rich client has changed to launch the default browser and automatically navigate the user to the registration portal when they log on to a client machine.

how can i setup this ?

i have installed SSPR + extensions on dev everythings seams working, but when the user logs in the browser does not naviagte to registeration portal automatically
